As mentioned, the management IS NOT often on top of things. They don't seem like they care. TOO MANY get away with not paying and nothing is done about it, except for a post-it-note on their doors (how classy). It was gated for a few weeks, well with plastic garden fence.... Handful of smaller details left unattended to. Other than that..well built interior wise, very close to campus and thats about it. Money better spent elsewhere.
