Years at this apartment: 2000 - 2003
In the last three months the property and staff have changed so much it is great to come home and not ashamed to tell someone where I live. I have been here 3 years and the last 2 have been hell. The old manager let the property go to the dogs and no maintenance. Now they have brought in a guy who has cleaned and ran out the trash!! I would recommend Colony House to anyone who is looking for something that doesnt feel like apartment living. (Home) k6tKKzmJrmATU2ap682S
