I have been wating for seven weeks for my deposit refund and I finally had to call the management company for results. I was told that the form was sent to the management company but when I talked to the company they had to call the manager to get her to fax it. It also took several attempts to get the maintenance men to come out. The phones are almost never manned in the office and the office is understaffed.
