COLONY HOUSE IS A RENTERS NIGHTMARE. NOT ONLY IS IT A FIRE TRAP, WITH FALTY WIRING, BUT IT HAS MANAGEMENT THAT IS AWARE OF THE DANGERS.IF YOU ARE A STUDENT THEY SEE YOU COMING WITH A LEASE THAT BINDS YOU, IN THEIR FAVOR BY THE THREAT OF LAW SUITS.TO RENT IN THIS PLACE IS TO SURRENDER YOU DIGNITY AND YOUR HARD EARNED MONEY. IF YOU WISH TO HAVE YOUR CHILDREN AT RISK, AND YOUR MONEY STOLEN THIS IS THE PLACE FOR YOU.ITS ALSO TRUE THAT FEMALES ARE NOT SAFE WITH 3 HAVING BEEN ACCOSTED.
