I rented for a year and a half. My downstairs bathroom never worked-even after being worked on. The dishwasher flooded. The carpet was old. Management screwed up my lease and then tossed my records. The next place I went to couldn't find out about my past b/c colony house trashed my records. The staff were unfriendly and waaay to busy for me, and told me as much. Don't rent here!
