I have lived here for going on 2 years now and every small problem with anything whether it be with toilets or washer and dryer has always been fixed really quick even if we are not in the apt ourselves! our blinds broke a few nights ago when we closed them and we told management about it and they had it fixed the very next morning with a brand new set. they have wonderful events in the summertime and also a very nice referral program. the management is very friendly here. the monthly newsletters keep you up on whats going on. I have walked alone to the workout room and have never once felt scared. the parking here is not a problem either! We even painted a few walls here and there is no problem with that as most places dont like it if you do it even if you paint it back before you leave. the yards and bushes are always neatly landscaped and the new chair they have for the pool are really nice. the pool is never really that crowded with rowdy people. It is in the city but at night it is rather peaceful (except for the occasional siren but that comes with being in the city) we can sleep with our windows open and its not loud! I have read other reviews about management not being friendly well we have never had a bad experience with any of them! they are always nice and willing to help out any way they can. i like living here and that is why we keep renewing our lease!
