I live in haynes manor, and it's ok, but could be better. There just really old, and I do have bugs. They do spray when asked, but the results to that are pending, and not very assuring. My things have been fixed at a reasonable time, but some things have had to been fixed several times each.I guess it really depends on your nieghbors, and how they act and take care of their apartments also. I am upstairs, and noise has been a problem a couple of times. And may I add, more than two!! Its is cheap, so really you get what you pay for!!!!
