I have lived at Haynes Manor off and on for about 4 years.I think it is a nice place to live if you are looking for cheap rent, and convience to resturants and stores .will say that the tenants with pets are a little trashy and it takes away from what more the place could be. There is always dog and cat ---- outside so if you have a child(ren) like i do, then I would prefer just taking them to the park for fresh air. Mantinence is ok, they fix things right away, but sometimes they do have to come back and re-fix. The office staff is great! they are always friendly, and make sure, things are in your Favor (Donna).They do have roaches in some buildings ,especially the buildings with pet owners. They animals i would recommend need to go. You can minimize the little visitors, by keep your place as clean as possible. All in all it is a good place to live, and I would recommend Haynes Manor to anyone.

Stupid comment, pets have nothing to do with roaches! People without pets can be dirty too! You just sound like a animal hater---and quite TRASHY yourself!

i live in murfreesboro and trust me they are the most ghetto place to live do not stay there unless u r black or mexcian bc if ur not then u gonna stand out very trashy, alot of break ins in your apt and car, drug rate is high as well used to live there trust me i know
