I think they rip people off. After a year they raise your rent. When you have a lease it is supposed to stay that way until you move out. They are a total rip off. If I would've knew this I wouldn't have moved in. I mean who wants to live somewhere for a year. The reason why I picked here is because the rent was cheaper. But I didn't know it would go up in one year.
