Overall my experience with Kings Crossing/Tara's Place has been good. I live in a 3 bedroom townhouse in Tara's Place which is a little quieter than King's Crossing from what I hear. We are also on the end, which helps having only one neighbor. I do have a couple of complaints. We were supposed to be assigned two parking spots in front of our apartment, but most Friday and Saturday nights you were lucky to even find anywhere to park. Lighting is a little bit of a problem too. The parking lot isnt well lit and a little scary at night. I also feel like they need to put in sidewalks, because the grass in front of the apartments would be nice, except for the only way to get into the apartments is to walk on it, which makes the grass turn into mud, which isn't very pleasurable. Overall though, comparing what they offer to the price, this is one of the bset places I have found to rent, plus they have washer/dryer hookups which is rare. Don't expect much out of they fitness closet. One machine that doesn't work and a treadmill. Also, they have a pet fee of $20 a month on top of the deposit. So a couple problems, but minor to me when you compare pricing. If you need to talk to someone in the office, expect them not to be there, or to be back in a couple of hours, which really means they probably wont be back.
