I lived in Kings Crossing, at first I liked it, quiet and loved the apartment. I then found I was getting ants like crazy, I had to take care of the problem myself. That was lease of my problems I didn't really have a problem with the apartments til I moved out. I gave a 30 day notice and after I moved out, they are trying to sue me, cuz of things I didn't do, there were hooks in my ceiling that were there b4 i moved in and they say I have to pay for construction due to them having to remove em and it tore up the ceiling. Making me pay rent after wards for 4 months even tho I didn't live there and when someone moved in not even a week or 2 after I moved out! If they are desperate for money, file bankruptcy, don't lie and make ppl pay rent after they move out exspecialy if someone else is living there.
