King's Crossing wasn't bad. Lived there when it was brand new. The management was helpful, parking was decent, and the apartments, while they were nothing to write home about at all, were clean and well-maintained.
We did have somebody try to break in while we were there, but they couldn't get through the door, apparently. That's a strong recommendation.
