We moved into the apartments in Feb '07. At first we thought it was ok but then when things started breaking, we couldn't get them fixed! We had a leak coming from the upstairs apartment, the water was literally dripping into our living room floor. It took them two days to even come look at it and when he finally came, it was LATE at night and he was DRUNK! All they did was put this hideous tape over it. Needless to say the leak came back. We also had a water heater leak in our closet. They didn't fix the leak or dry the floor. It soaked our dining room area and we developed MOLD! They STILL didn't do anything. I had a 3 months old baby and I was FURIOUS! We decided to move out because we coudln't take it anymore. Our neighbors were horrible. We had complained several times about them waking my child but the front office did NOTHING!

The kids in the complex were AWFUL! They played pranks on everyone, they would knock on our door and on my son's window in the middle of the day. One day they were bouncing a ball against the side of our apartment. When I opened the door they ran off. Then a few minutes later my son woke up, I walked into his room and they were bouncing the ball off of his WINDOW!!!! Those kids woke him up! I called to complain but the office did NOTHING as usual. Our neighbors would play music so loud you could hear the words at 11:00pm! WE HATED THIS PLACE!
When we moved in we put down EVERYTHING that was wrong with the apartment, when we moved out, we were charged over $1000 in damages! We were there all of 6 months, how are we going to do THAT much damage. They explained the damages in a letter, everything was "damaged" we put on our inventory back February.

So to sum it up, the maintainance is useless, the front office is useless and STUPID, and the apartments themselves aren't that nice. There was NO way I would have let my child go outside and play with those kids (he wasn't old enough but you get the point.)Don't live here! The "cheaper" rent isn't worth it.
