I have lived there for 2 years. I have never had any problems at all. The staff is always friendly and willing to help. Maintenance is extremely fast and very friendly. The head lived in my building and was always willing to help, even helped me take my garbage out when he saw me carrying it.

They will pay for water, sewage, trash...you pay for electricity and cable. I didn't find any other place that did this. There are also 2 entranances/exits, so when rush hour takes the Memorial Road exit away from you, try the one off Clark.

It's close to EVERYTHING. You would think that being in the middle of all the strip malls and food places that you would hear a lot of noise. But it placed off away from that and has lots of big trees...it's a quiet place. The only noise is from people who come visiting but don't live there (loud car music). Then tenants themselves are very nice and very quiet. The walls are thicker, so you can't hear much from your neighbors (I wasn't so lucky in my last apartment...it was brand-new and thin-walled).

The apartments are older (70's), as you can tell by the style inside. But the appliances are all relatively new (no more than 5 years old). It has a nice layout with ample closet space (which is not included in the square footage count).

The only downside is the wiring for cable/internet. If you want both internet and cable, I would go with a wireless modem and a splitter. Comcast will put the splitter in for you and you can purchase the wireless router very easily.

There are some college students (like myself), but it's mostly young families and some older people. I have been very happy living here and hated to leave. I would have stayed if I wasn't moving to the other side of the state.
