i was very happy with the apartment at the beginning and then......we have had SO many problems! our upstairs air conditioner is being held up with duck tape and NOBODY will fix it or get us a new one! there were mushrooms growing up from underneath my bathroom floor and under the caulking around the shower there is permenant mold and NOONE will fix it! the people are alright in the office but they are very persistant about having their money first before they help you out. when we are done with our lease we will be out out out! the rent is cheap but dont let it fool you! in the 2 bed townhouses there is no air conditioning unit in the 2nd room! there are base board heaters and they are just made cheap. it is very loud at night and for anyone who stays by themselves make sure and get a dog because like the others said it is ghetto! 6TrHFn6pn7poyqNlKEgn
