This was my first apartment while attending MTSU. Excellent choice. The staff is very friendly and easy to get along with. Maintenance is always there to help and things are fixed promptly. The apartments are a decent size. The only downfalls are the occasional a.m. noises outside, sporatic hours for pool use, and make sure when you move out that you harass them about getting your security deposit back. I received mine, but it took a couple of phone calls.
