Located in the middle of 3 bars - which sounds fun until you realize how much crime that generates. My car was broken into, stereo stolen, half of my neighbors had their bicycles taken from their porches; and that's just the half of it. The police like to randomly go around and knock on doors to accuse people of selling drugs and try to bully residents into letting them search their homes, and management encourages them to do so. Speaking of management: I left my apartment in excellent condition; had no complaints during the walkthrough, and then a month later I received only HALF of my security deposit with a list of lies and excuses as to why they ripped me off - on top on the non-refundable $250 pet deposit I'll never see again. STAY AWAY FROM NOTTINGHAM!!!
