My grandmother lives at Poplar Village and she is VERY happy. Sandra and Marty take great care of the property. Other than an occasional noise complaint, there has never been a problem. My grandmother's neighbor was having trouble getting assistance from housing and Sandra helped her get her rent paid through housing and even had food delivered to her apartment. Say what you want about Poplar Village, but I am very happy that my grandmother lives there.
