Sounds like someone has a "beef" with the office (you are probably one of those that has been made to follow the rules). I, on the other hand love living at Raiders Crossing. The office staff has always been exteremly friendly and taken care of any issue I may have (i.e noise, maintenance request, non-residents at the pool, etc.) It's obvious that they try very hard to accommodate you. I have been here for two years and will start on my 3rd in August. I recommend Raiders to anyone who is looking for off campus housing.
