When I first came to look into living at Raiders last year, I was so EXICITED!!!! The staff was so nice, but they put down all of the other properties, most commonly University Courtyard. But, I lived there anyways because they were newer. I wish that i would have gone somewhere else. The 24 hr maintence policy really sucks, they should re-nig on it because they cannot keep there word. Like the other person i have had ants forever, and we have a very clean apartment. And i do not know what that other person is talking about, no one studies together and hangs out in the office together, every time i have been in there there is only one or two people in there and they never have enough time to answer my questions or help me. Oh well. But there new manage is not that bad, she is better than the old one...
