I lived there during the school year from 05-06 and didn't have any major complaints. Noise wasn't an issue, but like the other poster, the internet would occasionally just go out for a few days, ants were a problem at one time, and the dryer sucks. Parking was kind of off and on, some nights I would have to park a few rows down and visitor parking was usually full up, but nothing too bad. Maintenance was quick and the grounds were kept up very well. The office staff was usually pretty nice too, but I only went there to pay my rent and once for a maintenance request. Overall a nice place though.
