The office/managememnt is full of stuck up people that do NOT care about their residents. The managers are these middle aged women trying so hard to look like the college students they rent to. They come in whenever they want, even though we signed a paper at the beginning of the year forbidding them of doing so. They just came in a few minutes ago and I was still in bed undressed. They have known about the hall light being out for six months and have not done anything about it, the couches are falling apart... they have been slowly falling apart for a year since we moved in. The apartments are jokes, they are tiny and cheap. The water pressure sucks, the kitchens are gross, the internet is laughable. it goes out all of the time. When I first moved in the dryer broke and I had to take my clothes to the laundry mat and pay over five dollars late at night to dry my clothes for school. Combined rent is 900 something dollars, wayyyyy too much, you could find such a better apartment somewhere else. THIS IS THE WORST EXPERIENCE I HAVE HAD LIVING ANYWHERE. PS: THERE IS A FUNERAL HOME RIGHT OUTSIDE OF MY BALCONY AND YOU CAN SEE THE CREMATORIUM BURNING WHILE YOURE OUTSISDE. Everyone that I know that lives here as well hates the hell out of everything about this apartment. Just the other night I saw two people trying to break into cars in the parking lot under my balcony so I called the police.

I've lived in this Apartment complex for two years now and I have never had a single one of those issues. The only time management would have to just walk in the apartment is when you're getting EVICTED...I know this because my roommate was evicted for not paying rent for 4 MONTHS!!! So it sounds like someone is just a little bit bitter that they didn't follow the rules and got punished for doing so. Every time I have had a Maintence issue it was fixed with in 30 minutes of me notifying the office. I fyour kitchen is gross it may becuase you're just a dirty person. I have LOVED my experience in these apartments!!!!

Wow..$900..really? I live at Raiders and I only pay like $400 so you prolly are really behind on your payments..and thats DEFINITELY managements fault. There is no paper saying that managers cant come in your apartments...thats a lie. Everytime I put in a maintenace request, it is fix by at least the next day (24 hr maintenace)..but you have to let somebody know that it is broken, the ---- wont fix itself! Its funny that everyone you know hates living here, because we have a very high retention rate (retention means people that renew for the next lease). I like living here and hate people that lie because they dont follow the rules/understand the lease and then try and make everyone else do the same. Grow up

Lol its pretty obvious that the only people posting good comments about this place are the very highly retentive people who work at the front office(and that's not what retention really means for people who live in the real world) So maybe you all should follow the rules/ understand the words you use before you try and tell others what they mean.
