Well if you like to go out at night you don't want to live here.. If you come home after 10pm you will not be able to find a single parking spot and when you finally do it will probably be on the complete oposite side of the complex.... The water heaters are tiny in the apts so you get about 10 minutes worth of hot water... well unless your roommate is in their shower also... then you get 5 minutes if you are lucky.. And don't let them fool you by saying it is a gated community and no one has the code to get in... because the GATES ARE ALWAYS OPEN!!! They also use the boot natzis which means they boot your car if you don't have a sticer... but they don't tow so all of those spots are still taken by people who don't live here... The staff is useless!!! Just look at what happened to University Courtyard aka College Grove.. They ran that place into the ground and I am sure they will do the same here!!! I am not an angry resident or anything I am just speaking the truth... And yes the internet sucks too!!!
