I am a resident and i moved in my apartment in July. yes ...the gates are always open, the internet does suck and they do suck at maint. moved in july and they just came last week, mind you today is 11/16/2006, and they have just came to fix the outlets in our bathroom! The walls are thin! i live in a 4br and i can hear EVERYTHING in 1 of my roommates room, whether its her tv, shower, draws, or vent in the bathroom, i hear it! our washer sucks! if you dont put in on the right load it shakes horrible! from all the shaking the lid is now broke! and NO they have not came to fix that either! as far as the parking situation goes, i used to het off work at midnight, and i work in nashville, so i dont get home til 1...NO PARKING what so ever! and as far as the trash goes...the compactor is ALWAYS broke or FULL! the furniture SUCKS and its hard as HECK! ever been to big lots'' YES i think it's big lots furniture! OH! and never write a check for your rent! i took them my check on 11/04, and again today is 11/16 and they still have not taken my rent out!
