I was lucky enough to be one of the first residents since the apartments were open to rent. Our first day in the apartment we noticed, the kitchen table was in pieces, numberous blemishes on the walls that weren't completely painted and some broken blinds on the door leading to the balcony. They do offer internet access in each bedroom however my experience with the internet was horrible. It was always going down and I even comfirmed with the three other room mates just to be sure. After calling down numerous times in a week we would eventually get our slow connection back up and running. About the parking, right around 9PM each night is the cutoff if you want decent parking near your building. There have been so many times that I would get home from work after midnight and have to park outside the gates and walk to the other end of the complex. It's great and all that they put parking boots on cars that don't have parking permits, however, that doesn't really free up a parking space for another resident. As with the rest of Murfreesboro crime has been an issue rarely here but has occurred.

I would definately recommend this complex to a socially active student as there are many parties and very friendly people living here.

Your complaints are their (Raider Ridge) selling points. I am really concerned about the parking and safety. I'm not sure this is the safest place for our daughter.
