This place is way over priced for what you get. It looks nice at first glance but I have lived there for 7 months now and the only reason im still here is because I am obligated to the lease. They will nickel and dime you for everything you can think of. I was out of town with my job with the military for 1 month and when I return home, there was a note stuck in my door stating that I owe a 25 dollar trash penalty charge for having a trash bag on my balcony. I then pay the fee, and two weeks later get a letter in the mail saying that I was overdue and owe 85 more dollars. I am so sick with this place. Our room looked clean at first but now after being there for a while I have noticed so many defects with the apartment, holes in the wall, lights always going out caused by some electrical problem that they cant fix, we were even supposed to have a storage room right outside our apt. and because of where we are located, they have the water heater the several different apartments in the storage room. We went and asked them about it and basically they said "sorry about your luck." Parking is terrible, don't expect to have any visitors, they will get booted. I got booted the first week I lived there and had not received a parking pass yet and they wouldn't repay me back for the 100 dollars I had to pay to get the boot off. Well I hope someone gets something out of this and doesn't make the same mistake I made by leasing with these apartments. There are much more efficient options out there. I have a really good friend who lives in a condo not 20 seconds down the road from raiders ridge and he only pays $500 a month. Hope this helps in making your decisions.
