Defiantly check out I have lived at Raiders Ridge since Aug 2007. I absolutely love it! Outside of Raiders modern look inside and out of the apts. (9ft ceilings, mahogany kitchen cabinets, all black appliances, fully furnished with a huge ass layout). I m only paying $419 and my room mates are cool.
Most importantly, the treatment, respect and involvement the staff have out weight everything. We are treated like valued paying customers and not college students. My privacy is respected. The property is clean, it has moments but overall it is the place to be.

You forgot to mention the nightly parties in the area that leads to shootings and stabbings, along with the repetitive nightly car burglaries. This apartment IS a public safety hazard. Do not send your kids here and college kids beware!
