I moved in here in august of 2008 and we have had nothing but problems. If its not one thing its another and trying to get maintenance or the staff to anything about it is hardly a possibility. One of my roommates had a leak in her pipe, in november, in her bathroom and her bathroom was flooded and there was black mold growing everywhere. It is now feb. and they still have not completed fixing everything. Not to mention we constantly have ANTS ANTS ANTS!!!!!! We keep our apartment extremely clean, yet, we still seem to have all kinds of bugs. Our garbage disposal was broken, not to mention almost every single piece of furniture in the apartment. Parking is horrible, and if you get home any later than 9 or 10, dont expect to find a parking spot. They aslo charge you for each and everything and it is getting to be ridiculous. DO YOURSELF A FAVOR AND DO NOT MOVE HERE!!!
