I moved to RR in August because the display room was VERY nice. And they waved my first month's rent...I do not agree with paying a full month's rent for only two weeks. That is ridiculous. When I moved into my apt I still was satisfied with my decision. I used the van to take me to school daily. However, one afternoon I stayed on campus later than usual...til 4:30....the van is scheduled to run til 6 I believe...I don't know b/c I stopped using it. Anywho, I was at the stop waiting and there was another girl waiting for the van. She had been waiting for 30 minutes for the van to come so I called the office and was told that the driver may be in traffic...he had left the office 15 minutes ago. Their excuse was it was Homecoming so it may be the reason he was taking as long as he did. 5:00...he's still not there. I did not have any type of transportation back to the complex so I began to walk. Finally someone saw me walking and picked me up...It was 5:30 and we passed the van...he had one of the workers from the office in the van with him...looked like the ppl on there were going to the game. I was so Mad b/c it seemed as if he had been hanging out the entire time...he had to considering the office said he had left long ago. And they stopped answering the phone. They weren't even scheduled to close early that day. They closed really early that day without letting the residents know. THEY ARE UNPROFESSIONAL! Ants are a problem, too. They had the apartment sprayed several times but it never worked. The pool is nasty! They change locks with out informing residents. The gates don't work and they're included in the rent. The internet crashes weekly. DO NOT MOVE HERE! And they don't make pet owners pick up their pet's poop...Pet waste transmits DISEASE! It's all in the grass. Watch your step! And there's glass in the parking lot...been there for over a week...and it's still there. Right where many of the workers live! How crazy is that'
