They'll show you a model, because in reality the place is a dump. The office staff is a joke, and just like any other college complex expect shithead neighbors. The security gates are officially gone now, but they weren't being used anyway. The place is always trashed, and not an one bit of maintenance has ever been done nor was the maintenance cleanup that was done before we moved in cleaned up. Everything is cheap and I feel I'll probably be slapped with a thousand fines when the lease runs out since blinds, carpet, furniture are cheap.

Avoid at all costs.
