This was an amazing place to live before they got new management. When I moved in Amy the manager was amazing...she was very helpful and nice. The place is a little out dated but I lucked up and got one they had just put new nickel lighting fixtures in. The place is a 2 bedroom 1.5 bath townhome with a fireplace, crown molding, built in bookshelves, formal dining room with chair railing, a small patio out back, I love the mature trees and the side walk, it feels more like a home as one person said. Overall it's a nice place. Cabinets, countertops, appliances a little outdated but not bad. I would love to renew my lease but after the new management came they made new restrictions on pets. You can only have one pet and it has to be below 35 bls. Well I have a 90lb lab...that is a baby and does not mess with anything. This is a reason I chose this place because they would allow you to have a pet no matter the size. But unfortunately I was not aware of this policy change until I was going to turn in my 60 day notice and was informed that I was being evicted!!! What'!!!!!! I was told that she sent out notices to 20 residents of the policy change. And that all of them had replied except me! I never received a notice!!!! And did she ever think to call me...HMMM...that might have been a good idea! Anyways another incident happened with the new management. I had been living here for about a year an a half an I have an extra car that a rarely drive. It's by no means a junker, it was just my old car and I liked to drive me new one. The old management had no problem with it being parked outside the apartment. One day I see a notice saying they were going to tow the car because of expired tags. They had been expired for about 5 months and they just then decided it wasn't ok! HMM Anyways when I confronted the manager about it she said they thought it was abandoned. I was like well did you think about calling the residents of the apartments the car was behind. She's clueless and honestly yelled at me. She is not a professional including attitude and LOOKS! I did have a few problems with safety, my mother was over to visit and stayed the night with me and her vehicle got broken into and her radio stolen. It is right down the road from a club, Stampede, which attracts a few people to park here and walk to the club on wednesday nights and weekends. Anyways, overall I love it here and hate to leave! I love having the greenway just behind the apartments!
