Good Points: low deposit, low rent, good lease terms (6/9/12 mo.), nice mgmt, good quality, relatively quiet, big closets, w/d hookups, big kitchen, big bathroom, cathedral ceilings, ceiling fans, good specials

Not-so-Good Points: a bit of a bug problem - not bugs living inside but bugs coming in from outside due to cracks in windows & doors.

Basically the good outweighs the bad - would definitely recommend this apt. complex to anyone.
