The apartments are nice, fairly spacious (though pricey), and the maintainance is fairly quick. However, there are NO SCREENS in the windows (if you want them you have to buy them yourself) - so even if you want to open the windows to save on AC, bugs can fly in!!!

The worst part is that in the summer there are TONS of disgusting cockroaches! They sneak through the cracks in your patio doors & end up crawling on your carpets & kitchen floor. They are frickin' NASTY. Supposedly someone comes to spray for bugs every month during the summer, but if they did it's not working.

The parking is OK during the daytime, but if you get home from work later than 9pm, you have to park a couple buildings away. That can be a huge pain when you have heavy groceries to carry. They need assigned spaces.

There is a swimming pool, but they padlock it after 8pm, so for those of us who would prefer not to swim when all the noisy little kids are still in it... we're out of luck.
