The office "staff" (mainly one girl) is extremely rude, and unhelpful. She could care less about working with your schedule, and will not intervene on any complaint you file. This is definetely not the apartment to move to if you value customer service. THe unit was fairly cozy. The only complaint I have about the facility is the fact that the walls/floors are so thin, you can hear every word of every normal conversation your neighbors are having.
