I lived here for 4 years and needless to say I was happy when I moved here and then after 4 years I can't wait to move out. The good points are the vaulted ceilings, good appliances, celing fans in every room, balcony, maintenance people come the same day as your request, and rent and specials are reasonable. The bad points are bugs that come in from outside, snobby office staff, they don't give you extra time to pay rent if your late and the fees are horrible(read the lease before signing), walls are really thin as you can hear the neighbors, parking sucks, the pool is too small and overcrowded, and the complex used to be quiet and now its noisy due to more college students moving in and loud kids. Overall if you like reasonable rent and all of the other bad points I stated then this is your place to live. Otherwise I wouldn't recommend it.
