If you like being able to hear ever lyric of every song your neighbors below you listen to at 2 am, if you like being able to hear every word they say in their conversations, if you like hearing every argument your neighbors have, if you like being woken up in the morning by the sound of your neighbors kids crying and no one helping them, this is all the place for you. Not to mention the horrible office staff that will do nothing to help you. Maintenance does good to come the same day to fix something. But you might be asking them back to fix it again. And they have zero social skills. They serve a one knock system. Knock on the door, and before you can even get to it, they're already unlocking the door and coming right on in. They'll come in and walk right through you not even saying a word to you the whole time they're hear. Walk right in, spray some chemical, and leave. One of my neighbors' fiance was just getting out of the shower. Maintenance knocked, she said not to come in, they came in anyway. When she screamed for them to get out, they said it'll just be a minute. He complained. Office staff, said "heh, sorry." Dishwashers are terribly loud. Pipes get clogged way too often. Asked maintenance to recaulk my tubs. They put down some stuff from the dollar store that came right back up 2 days later. If you show up after 6 pm. Good luck finding a parking space anywhere near your building. Not nearly enough spots per building. Pool is unclean and overcrowded. Office will allow anyone in, including the lot of 18 year olds that have fights in the parking lot throughout the entire complex. The guys that drive their cars 40 through complex w/ music as loud as it can get. Complex has one playground that your kids will catch a disease if they go anywhere around it. Half the light fixtures are out and have not been fixed for months. The bushes and trees cover the sidewalk completely. As well as scrape your car if you park next to one. And when you pull in the second entrance the bush is so big you can't even see around the corner for oncoming cars. All in all, this is one of the biggest ---- holes in the boro. Come on, you'll love it!
