I lived here with NO problems at all. Office staff was always friendly and helpful. Maintenance was always quick and I didn't have to call multiple times' I never saw anyone treated rude. All my neighbors liked it as well. I have had lots of friends live there with no problems' The apartments are nice and clean. The property is not top of the line but come on now you are not paying $850 in rent either' The pool was always clean and I never saw fights' Actually when I was at the pool I saw people asked to leave who didn't have pool passes and saw the people who were asked for pool passes get frustrated. So looks like they were doing what they could to keep people not living there out of the pool. Playground looked ok and come on if you have ever lived in a apartment you know depending on who your neighbors are you are bound to here them at some point in time. Unfortunately that is part of living in a apartment. I have always recommended saddlebrook and will continue to. I can't help but wonder what type of people posted some of these reviews' Simply because our experience there was the opposite! I highly recommend them.
