the worst apartment complex i have ever lived

I have lived in many apartment complexes during my time in Murfreesboro and this is BY FAR THE WORST. The apartment office staff is unprofessional and extremely rude. They even tried to charge me a $30 fee for leaving my trash outside on my patio for 30 MINUTES! I planned to take it out on my way to work and when I explained this to her she was very rude about the situation. The entire complex also looks like a trailer park. There are HUNDREDS of cigarette butts on the ground outside of every building. Maintenance fails to pick any of these up, and even comes in to your apartment with no reason at all, just to "check on things". I am moving out of this complex AS SOON AS POSSIBLE and regret ever moving in there. I moved there originally because it was so affordable, but it is not worth the rudeness and the nasty surroundings you have to deal with. I cannot stress enough my disatisfaction with this living experience.
