Apartment office is helpful, I felt safe and usually quiet. It was brand new, so it was very clean. I did not like maintenance people stepping in to change filters almost every month with dirty shoes. They must be spying if tenants were living under rules. Sorry that we caused noise. It was the first time in my life to be on the second floor and I did not know how noisy downstair was. They called police, not apartment managers... Was that bad' Or just cheap construction' This is our fifth apartment but it was the first time that police showed up. Hope to be the last.
