Even though I lived here in 2005-2007, I wanted to make sure to fill out a review. Saint Andrews really has alot to offer, overall. The office staff was outstanding! I had some noise issues (as the walls are normal and it is an apartment) with the guy who lived in front of me. The office staff came into my unit to listen to what I was hearing and they were highly efficient in putting an end to it. One of the reasons I moved here is b/c I am a single parent and wanted to get away from the MTSU college students in most of M-boro. When I lived there, it was mostly families. (Although, the apt across the street seemed to have a lot more students.) The pool was luxurious...I always felt like I was at a resort everytime I was down there. There's also a super nice clubhouse that can be rented out for functions. The apartment itself also had a resort feel to it. You can tell that the owners/builders went above and beyond in upgrading details (wood entry, wood kitchen, tile bathtubs). The apt was very roomy; great closet space..esp. the outdoor (lockable) closet attached to the balcony!
I also felt extremely safe at S.A. The parking lighting was always adequate.
Overall I loved my stay at S.A.!!!
