Ok I swear I'm not part of the staff, because the title of this review is a bit of a cliche. However, I wouldn't say it if it weren't absolutely true.

I moved out of a horrible apartment (Madison at Ridgelake Apartments in Nashville) last year and into a friends 2 BR apartment here. They were moving into a home, and I needed an apartment fast. The staff was very helpful, patient, and prompt when I needed them to make the move a speedy process. My rent here was $10 cheaper and twice the space of my previous apartment. On top of that I got a full washer and dryer (total 180 from my stacked one), brand new appliances and more bathroom space than I knew what to do with.

I've only had to use maintenance once in the 8 months I've been here. I stopped my the office on my way out to run some errands and informed them about the problem. 20 minutes later I returned to my apartment, and when I looked on my counter there was a note from maintenance saying they had been there and my problem had been fixed. I have never seen an apartment take immediate action for a knob on a dishwasher not turning properly! Needless to say, I was impressed.

I read the only negative review on this apartment thus far, and I'm pretty disappointed that someone who has incredibly poor grammar and spelling skills, not to mention a lack of maturity, has taken the ratings of this apartment down 25%. The only truth to their review was that the staff does, on occasion, come into the apartments. With that said, they very rarely do that without prior notice. There have been many occasions in which they have been in my apartment while I was away. This includes pest control, fire marshall fire code inspections, and maintenance. All of which are justified, as one would understand if they read their contract. This is an apartment people, not a mansion with its own security gate and two patrolman gaurding it. I, for one, am ecstatic that the staff cares enough to do these routine check ups so I don't have to go down to the office and complain on my own time.

This complex is also extremely safe. It's in a very good part of Murfreesboro, and right in front of a subdivision. The friend that leased my apartment to me is a Police Officer and he said in the two years he lived here (and maybe before that too if my memory serves me correctly) there wasn't a single police call taken at St. Andrews Apartments. That statement has yet to prove false to me.

I'm going to stop writing a novel now, but sadly I'm going to be moving out of Murfreesboro next month and I wanted to write a review on here before I left and forgot.

If you're thinking about moving to Murfreesboro, or just moving across town, make sure you check these apartments out. You won't be sorry!
