Extremely loud, constantly, at any time of the day, even for a college apartment. Overpriced, the management was NOT helpful and would come UNANNOUNCED into our apartment whenever they felt like it! Lease violations, hot tub was disgusting, our cards constantly became "unprogrammed" and pool cues and such were constantly missing from the game room. Exercise equipment was often broken or "out of order."
