Apartments are very very cheaply built. Walls are thin, you can hear people walking upstairs and people beside you. People speed through the perking lot and make noise at all hours. I lived on the bottom floor and water would seep in through the tile when it rained and cause mildew in it. Hot tub is broken 1/2 of the time. Internet routinely goes out. Other than that, the maintenance team is very good.
