I moved in to this complex in Aug. 2003 and thought it was heaven, I quickly found out I was wrong. Everything was okay, until everyone was settled in, then nothing got taken care of. The grounds at the front of the complex are beautiful and trashfree, at the office. But move towards the back of the complex where the apartments are, there is trash on the streets, in the breezeways, everywhere.

There were so many times that we would find beer bottles, fast food wrappers, and who knows what else when we walked to our car. Parking was okay, there were enough spots, just not close enough to your apartment. Visitor parking isn't regulated much.
Cleanliness, not really. Carpets were dirty when we moved in, our feet were black. The game room, computer room, gym, hot tub, and pool generally had a good amount of trash.

The staff is a joke. At first, they were great, answering questions and being friendly. The longer into my lease, the only time they were happy to see me or deal with me was when they got their rent payment. We would have electricity overage every other month, the same amount though nothing changed in the apartment. I developed a medical condition during my stay there, so I asked to be relieved of my contract or if they could help me find someone else so I could start treatments. One of the managers told me he would talk to the person in charge and that I needed to check back in to see what came about. Nothing ever came about, finally he avoided me, so I moved out to get treatment. It was a disgrace.

Don't live here, it is horrible.
