I lived in this complex back from June 2002 to October 2002 before I went into the military. When I first moved in the toilet on my side of the apartment didn't flush properly, and never did the entire time I lived there. I had the maintenance people come up about 8 times to fix it, each time they just left a slip saying it was repaired and usable. I'd go to flush it and it'd still be all ate up. They stopped by when I was always at work, so I could never verify that they actually did anything. While I was there I managed to put a hole in a wall (1/4" drywall), patched it myself before the maintenance knew, and was still charged for it. Overall, I paid $75ish for damages after I cleared that up, paid the money, then got another bill a year later saying that I still needed to pay the bill.

Don't live there, SUH likes to screw people out of money, just ask most anyone who has lived there. The only real reason anyone should live in this type of complex is if you can't afford a one bedroom apartment of your own. The cheap rent is the only good part about the deal. Also, the internet access is not consistent, so don't believe that if they tell it to you.

Tons of parking, but not well lit. Expect your car to get broken into unless you drive a complete hoopty. I lived out in the back at building 15 facing the field and trash was abundant out there. Granted, partying was never a problem, but broken beer bottles all over the parking lot were. Also, never park in front of a set of balconies unless you want to clean urine (or whatever else drunk people will throw off a balcony) off your windshield in the morning.

Locking your door will usually do little good, as almost any room can be broken into with a BUTTER KNIFE. Roommates are also a problem, you never want to live with people that you can't stand, it only gets worse with time. Overall, just find a better place to live.
