Renter Beware of College Park!!

Leah the mgr is awful. They do NOT know the Sterling leases at all. I miss Sterling's management. Its like living in a cardboard box and being charged for utilities even though its supposed to be included in the rent. I'm paying $20/month for furniture that has NO padding and falls apart frequently. I'll probably be charged for that too! Stay away!
