i do not like living over here, every month they try to send you a letter talking about you owe extra money for going over on water, lights, or something. and they will try to even throw in an extra charge that you had no idea about. it is the landlords responsiblity to fix things in the apartments such as the fridge, washer and dryer,etc, and the residents responsibility to pay for things they break such as blinds, etc. they will try to bill you for things that is their responsibility to fix!! THE ONLY BENEFIT IS THE SHUTTLE! you have to pay for cable and phone and at other apts at least cable comes with it. DONT SIGN A LEASE WITH THEM
