I've enjoyed my time at Gables and am renewing to live here again next year. Office staff and maintenance are very helpful, the rent includes everything, and the pool, fitness room, & jacuzzi are awesome. They're also re-painting all the buildings and re-doing the parking lots this summer. Van/shuttle to campus is really convenient.
