I don't get where everybody is coming from. These apartments are very nice. Trust me i have lived at two other apartment complexes before here and these are top of the line compared to them. The first place i lived at was hell because they didn't offer individual leases, and my roommate dipped out on me owing me over $700. Then i lived at another complex that did offer individual leases, but the maint. was awful! At least here if i put in a work order all i have to do is call the office and they place it for me right then and there. Maint. gets to it that day or if it is at night they will be there first thing in the morning. Sure there are some things like occasional noise but that is totally normal. you would have to get a house in order to avoid noise that comes with an apartment. Not to mention they don't tow which is amazing! my friends can come and stay all night with out having to worry about their car having a boot or not being there in the morning. I enjoy this place it is comfortable and affordable. i renewed my lease for next fall

You must of lived close to the office where there is no one doing anything ever. because if you live in building 7-15 close to the back, You'll hear noise every night and even Gunshots!!!!!

The police have been here TWICE today. They were here this morning arresting someone and now me & my roommates just heard 3 gunshots and the police are back once again...needless to say we are all trying to get out of our lease ASAP!
