The Staff is Confused!

Years at this apartment: 2007 - 2008
 
The Staff at this complex does not know the proper protocol on how to answer questions in regards to financial matters. The Managers are seldom available until it's time to pay late fees. The Staff gives out incorrect and conflicting information. Be SURE to get everything spelled out correctly and in writing to keep from being screwed.
